电镀专用冷水机

电镀用水冷式冷水机，是专门为电镀行业设计的一款冷水机，电镀生产中电镀液会产生热量，电镀液温度高于生产工艺时会影响电镀制品的质量，这时就需要降温冷却。而冷水机就是一款非常好的设备，耐酸碱泵抽取电镀液经过冷水机冷却后回到电镀槽并且恒定温度，保持电镀的生产工艺及生产效率。

因为电镀在生产作业中环境当中会有腐蚀性气体，而风冷式冷水机有散热风机抽风，当风机开启后环境当中的腐蚀性气体抽入冷凝器中，时间一久就有可能把冷凝器给腐蚀掉导致冷媒泄露。所以电镀行业一般都会选用水冷式冷水机组。

水冷式冷水机组需要配备冷却塔使用，冷却塔可以放置在室外，冷水机则可以放置在电镀槽旁边，避免过多的冷量损失，也可以节省一点管道费用。

电镀用冷水机内部配备耐酸碱水泵一台、316L不锈钢或钛管蒸发器一个，（根据用户要求定制）也可配备冷却塔及冷却泵等配件，用户只需把管道及电线接好即可。无需另外寻找配件供应商，节省用户人力成本。
